Revision Class Prezi

ma133preziTried out my first proper Prezi presentation today, revision class for my Differential Equations module plus general exam advice. Think it went well, although something odd happened half way through (think I managed to recover quite well though). There is definitely a bit of a learning curve, what took time to start with but speeded up considerably by the end was inserting equations from my lecture notes. In the end a combination of the notes open in pdf and Irfanview (http://www.irfanview.com/) set to take screen captures which could be cropped and saved instantly worked really well and by the end it became quite a seamless process.

Mathematician at the University of Warwick in the UK with research interests in equivariant bifurcation theory and applications, especially in modelling of insect locomotion. Teaching interests include online learning and innovative teaching methods. Also in a past life has been involved in summer school courses, and online material, for Gifted and Talented. He has been active on the Internet since 1995, initially though his UFO and Michael Schenker website, but now through a multitude of projects.
